Architectural Film & Animation
Cinematic CGI · Fly-throughs · Property Films
We produce cinematic CGI film and animation for architectural and property marketing — fly-throughs, narrative property films, and social content, all at feature-film quality. Movement reveals what a still cannot: the scale of a space, the quality of light through the day, and the feeling of being there.
From brief to finished film
Cinematic fly-throughs
Camera moves through and around unbuilt spaces, rendered with the production quality of a feature film.
Property marketing films
Full narrative films for off-plan sales campaigns — combining CGI, voiceover, music, and motion graphics.
Drone-style aerials
Sweeping CGI aerial sequences for masterplans, large-scale developments, and site context films.
Interior walk-throughs
First-person or guided interior sequences for apartments, suites, lobbies, and amenity spaces.
Cinemagraphs
Living stills — subtle motion loops that breathe life into a scene without the full commitment of a film.
Social & digital cuts
Shorter edits optimised for Instagram, YouTube, and digital advertising from the same source footage.
Architectural film — your questions answered
How long does an architectural animation take to produce?
A typical 60-to-90-second marketing film takes between four and eight weeks from brief to delivery, depending on complexity and the number of scenes. We provide a clear production schedule as part of every proposal.
What do you need to start a film project?
Ideally: architectural drawings, material specifications, and a creative brief covering the story you want to tell, the audience you're speaking to, and any reference films. If you don't have a brief yet, we can help you develop one through a discovery session.
Can you add voiceover, music, and motion graphics?
Yes. Our standard deliverable includes music licensing, basic motion graphics, and colour grading. We can also manage voiceover and full post-production if required.
What resolution do you deliver at?
We deliver at 4K (3840×2160) as standard, with HD (1920×1080) web versions. Larger format deliverables for exhibition or event use are available on request.
