Canaan Developers
2025
- The brief
Canaan Developers came back to us for Enchanting Oaks, their second villa community with us after Whispering Oaks: the same villa layouts with new materials, furniture and landscape, and a full set of stills and a film ready for the marketing launch.
- What we delivered
- Twenty stills: the aerial, the street and the entrance, the internal roads and courtyards, the lobby, the living, kitchen and dining spaces, the terrace, the main bedroom and dressing room, the pool, the amenities and the bathroom
- Four vignettes of the details
- The whole model reworked when the site layout changed, with the villa set nearly complete
- A launch film of about eighty seconds, from storyboard to a 4K master, woven with footage of life around the homes
- Before that, the visuals for Whispering Oaks, the series' first ten villas
- How we worked
Canaan's projects coordinator gathered all feedback into one voice, and Lehem Interiors, who designed the interiors and the landscape, supplied the models and the mood boards. Updates and feedback ran on a shared board, quick notes on WhatsApp, and the film previews were reviewed for sequencing, pacing and emphasis.
- The result
Canaan broke ground on Enchanting Oaks in March 2026, and lists Whispering Oaks, the first in the series, as sold out.
