Arkā Enclave

Arkā Enclave was Atmosphere Living's first project in Dubai, and Devmark, which sells it, needed the launch imagery on a tight timeline: the building, its amenities and its homes, plus footage for Devmark's own project film.

• The client's 3D models enhanced, with new modelling from the architectural drawings
• Stills of the building by day, at dusk and at night
• The podium amenities: pools, rooftop terrace, outdoor cinema, gym, clubhouse and golf simulator
• Living rooms, kitchens and bedrooms of the one-, two- and three-bedroom homes
• Twelve animated clips as footage for Devmark's project film, kept free of people at the client's request
• Print files upscaled for the site signage and billboards

Atmosphere over excess. Calm water, controlled reflections and balanced silhouettes carry the sense of luxury, and the time of day does the rest: daytime views for clarity and detail, dusk and evening for warmth and intimacy.

Devmark's commercial team reviewed and approved every stage, with the developer, Manodev, the architects, Arkiplan, and the interior designers, who supplied the interior models and furniture. Sketches came first, all feedback lived on one shared board, and review calls ran on Dubai time.
