We include two rounds of changes as part of our process. In our experience, that's more than enough to get things exactly right - we invest a lot of time upfront in the brief so there are rarely any surprises. And if something unexpected comes up, we'll always talk it through with you first.

The more context you can share, the better. Typically we'd love to have a location or orientation reference (a Google Maps/Earth link works great), your latest 3D CAD files, any inspiration images or precedents, material and finish specs, FFE details, and a sense of the lifestyle or demographic you're targeting. Don't worry if you don't have everything - we can work with what you have.
