Immersive experiences — your questions answered
What is real-time architectural visualisation?
Real-time visualisation uses game-engine technology (typically Unreal Engine) to create interactive 3D environments that render live — rather than pre-rendered images or films. Users can walk through spaces, change materials, and explore freely. The difference in engagement versus traditional CGI is significant.
What hardware is required to experience VR walkthroughs?
We build for multiple platforms. Our deliverables can run on standard laptops and desktop browsers, on touchscreen sales suite tables, or with full VR headsets (Meta Quest, Varjo). We specify the hardware requirements upfront based on your brief.
How does this work as a sales tool?
Immersive experiences are particularly effective in off-plan sales because they give buyers a genuine sense of space and quality that stills and film cannot replicate. Evidence consistently shows that projects using real-time or VR tools see higher engagement, faster decision-making, and stronger buyer confidence.
Can materials and configurations be updated after delivery?
Yes — this is one of the main advantages of real-time over pre-rendered. If a design changes or a new material is approved, we can update the environment without rebuilding from scratch.
