Masterplan visualisation: your questions answered
What data do you need to produce masterplan renders?
Ideally: a 3D massing model or detailed site plan, GIS or topographic data, and a landscape/planting strategy. For early-stage work, we can work from 2D plans and concept documentation. We have experience interpreting and modelling complex site data.
Can you work on projects in Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and the wider Middle East?
Yes - the Middle East is one of our primary markets for masterplan visualisation. We have experience with the planning and presentation standards required by Saudi and UAE authorities, and have worked on projects in KSA, UAE, Qatar, and Bahrain.
How do you handle confidentiality for large-scale projects?
We sign NDAs as standard on all masterplan projects and have robust internal protocols for managing sensitive site data. Many of our masterplan clients require full confidentiality prior to public announcement.
