Al Tay Hills

IFA Hotels & Resorts and AQARAT needed a launch film and a set of stills ready for the launch of Al Tay Hills, a master-planned community of villas and townhouses around a landscaped green river.

• Aerial and masterplan views of the whole community
• Ten stills: the green river villas, the townhouses, the two mixed-use hubs, and four interiors, the living room, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom
• A two-minute launch film with voiceover and a piano score, from storyboard to a 4K master, woven with footage of daily life
• A rush update of the model, the film and all ten images in the final days before the launch

Calm luxury in balance with nature. The film follows a single day, from a sunrise flight over the green river, through the homes, the pool and the streets, to sunset on a villa, and restraint set the look: warm light, clean compositions, and the time of day shifting within a single shot.

The architects, Craft of Architecture (COA), brought us in on the developers' behalf and briefed every scene, with markups for each view and a shot-by-shot path for the film. Reviews ran on marked-up drawings and test renders before each final, and we built the planting palette with the landscape architects, Landmark Studios.

The developer reports that the first phase, 375 homes, sold out at the launch ceremony in January 2025.
