Vilasita

Zimbali Resort Developments needed buyers to commit to Vilasita, a lakeside building in the new Tatali Precinct, long before anyone could walk its promenade or stand in its rooms.

• The whole Tatali Precinct modelled, for aerial views of the precinct around its lake
• Five exterior views and five close-ups of Vilasita: the arrival, the lakeside promenade and the conservation walk
• Twelve interiors, from reception to the residences

A buyer's first question is what it will feel like to be there. So the set moves the way a visitor would arrive: from the air, over the water, down the promenade and into the rooms.

We worked with the developer's team and Rainmaker Marketing, its marketing agency, through three rounds of render reviews, building on the models of the architects, Craft of Architecture (COA). Together we set the look of the place: darker water with true reflections, a bluer sky with high cloud, and quieter scenes with fewer people.
