Fancy a Dip Up Here?

News just out over in New York …  A record breaking roof top pool perched upon a new 68 storey skyscraper designed for Brooklyn’s skyline, has been created by Kohn Pederson Fox.   Architectural images by Williams New York provide a vivid context surrounding the breathtaking location of Brooklyn Point – the 219 meter tall skyscraper, as well as illustrating the skyline viewed from the infinity pool,  not forgetting the design itself with its faceted glass windows that wrap the building.

This Cape Town heat makes us want to jump into that pool … It looks so inviting… And to have that view!
Atmospheric, photo-realistic architectural renders make all the difference when it comes to engaging your audience – whoever you may be targeting.   As our growing client base illustrates,  3D visualisations  are such a valuable tool when they are produced to the highest quality with the most experienced team of visualisers, such as our inhouse team at ThinkLab, guided by our founder Corné.

KPF’s other architectural designs are already under construction in New York,  including 30 Hudson Yards, billed to become the second-tallest office building in the city once completed next year, and “One Vanderbilt”,  beside Grand Central Station, which is on track to become the city’s second tallest skyscraper upon completion.
